The EEL case law database provides you with the full text and concise summaries of the most relevant decisions, including those delivered by the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) and the General Court (Formerly Court of First Instance), the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR), the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the World Trade Organization (WTO), the International Tribunal on the Law of the Sea (ITLOS), and some national courts.
