For over 20 years, we have been providing advice on issues of EU and international environmental law in Europe, the Balkans, Central and Eastern Asia, South West Asia and South America, with long term engagements in the Russian Federation, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina (as team leader). The advice services were offered to ministries, parliaments, the judiciary, law firms, NGOs and companies.

At the moment, we are involved in a project aimed at helping Uzbekistan adopt a new Environmental Code, a study on the implementation of the Environmental Liability Directive in The Netherlands and setting up an online course on European Environmental Law . In the past, we worked on approximation, twinning and other environmental law projects in Georgia (related to the Industrial Emissions Directive), Uzbekistan (water law) and Kyrgyzstan (a new environmental code) and lecturing on EU and international environmental law at various universities in The Netherlands and elsewhere.
